EXPO 2010 was a great success, with significantly more people and almost double the number of competition entries compared to last year. The photographs below show our vendors and a selection of the models entered in the competition. More photos will appear as we scrounge them.

Club Table
Club member Frank Garbarini mans the club table, which offered a range of bargain-priced kits and figures for sale, plus a parts box containing those few bits you've been searching for, to complete that special project.
Junior Entries
It's always great to see the juniors turning up and entering the competition - the future of the hobby. This year's show saw a pleasing number of junior entries depicting a wide range of subjects.

This beautifully painted figure depicts a US Army soldier in full CBR protective gear during Desert Storm
Aircraft
This Fokker Spinne demonstrates the incredible standard of work that many of the entrants displayed

This HMS King George was based on the Tamiya kit but with an incredible amount of additional detail added

This Royal Air Force Rescue Launch was a beautiful model based on the old Airfix kit with lots of additions
Science Fiction
The Sci Fi category attracted a small number of entrants but the quality was spectacular
Grumpy Old Men
The show would not have been what it was without our irascible collection of club members who worked like crazy to make the show a success. Good taste prevents us from showing you the rest of this one's face.
